Founder & Managing Director

Nat is our business owner and long-time ‘people’ enthusiast. She launched The People Place back in 2017, in order to build the kind of business she wanted to work in, while also serving New Zealand’s SME business community with pragmatic, results-focused people services. Today, Nat looks after the three key strands of the business; recruitment, training and HR consulting. Her role is focused on ensuring that our services deliver meaningful, tangible results to our target audience of growing, small to mid-sized organisations, across Aotearoa New Zealand.
