Melissa loves the people side of recruitment, enjoying the pace and challenge of finding that ‘right fit’ candidate for her clients, while at the same time, nurturing positive relationships with job seekers.

She has over twenty years of commercial experience in the HR and talent space, garnered from roles across recruitment, HR and people-projects, both here in New Zealand and overseas. Over this period, Melissa has developed a strong ‘people & partnerships’ approach, valued by her clients, with a focus on understanding business requirements, executing her work with empathy, and through a strategic lens.  

Mel has a wide business network, having worked in corporate, commercial, professional services, government, as well as not-for-profit.  She has a deep understanding of the needs and requirements of different sectors, and is comfortable recruiting at all levels, with particular expertise delivering for leadership and executive roles.
